Unresolved trauma can manifest in various ways, such as panic attacks, phobias, and general feelings of unease. It can create a heightened sense of danger and a constant state of stress, making it challenging for individuals to feel safe and secure in their daily lives.
Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and/or Brainspotting, we can tackle any trauma memories that may be contributing to your anxiety symptoms.
